In 2015, The Port of Milford Haven presented us with the challenge of creating three new websites to cater for varying target markets. The second stage of development was a brand new brochure site for Quayside Properties.  

Just to give you a brief background, Quayside Properties (formerly Quayside Estates) is the property arm of The Port of Milford Haven. They manage a diverse property portfolio - from office and retail through to food processing, warehousing and heavy engineering.

Our primary objective was to increase traffic to the website in order for them to achieve 100% occupancy within the available property portfolio. The Port of Milford Haven wanted prominent and major calls to action throughout the site with the view to increase enquiries through enquiry forms, call back forms and direct forms.

Working with their existing brand we created a user friendly front end website and content management system for them to manage and easily update their portfolio of properties.
